Description

Creates exceptional restaurant experiences by building a strong team of leaders. This involves identifying talent, developing teams, building sales running great restaurants with high standards, removing obstacles, effectively using resources to improve their market, and providing leadership to their market(s) and beyond.

Principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identifying potential/future restaurant leaders
  • Developing a high performing mid-management team whose primary focus is to develop restaurant managers
  • Ensuring a deep bench of talent for current and future growth
  • Quickly improving or removing low performers
  • Motivating, inspiring, and challenging the team to achieve at their highest level
  • Ensuring that restaurants have excellent service, safety, cleanliness, organization, food quality and ambiance
  • Creating strong financial performance of restaurants
  • Recognizing adverse trends and teaching the team to react to them quickly and successfully
  • Setting clear priorities for teams so they can focus on the most important things
  • Constantly improving all aspects of the business
  • Building strong relationships with and positively influencing all disciplines (HR, Marketing, Training, Facilities, Finance, IT, and their own team); successfully utilizing these disciplines to get things done
  • Ensuring that tools are being effectively used in the restaurants and providing meaningful feedback to various disciplines to improve tools as needed
  • Taking control of roll-outs and initiatives
